Slot View

Slot View is a variant of Week View and its style and usage similar. The key element of slot view is that it gives precedence to the positions that are filled or need to be filled. To use Slot View you need to create minimum requirements of shifts in Min By Shift.

Editing slots

The slot can be filled, or the person in a slot amended by clicking on the links in the grid. This will trigger a pop-up for editing either the unfilled or the person. If you use Week View you will be familiar with this operation. (Ensure that your browser is not blocking pop-ups.)

Removing slots not required

Clicking on the a date link will take you to Day View. From there you are able to remove unfilled posts that you do not require to be filled.
