Information collected from visitors
We collect information automatically about a visit to pages of our site, but only that which is automatically sent by the visitor's browser as part of a standard page request. The information obtained in this way
includes non-personally identifiable information such as the page visited, the IP address of the Internet Service Provider, browser type, or the type of computer operating system being used. This information is used to help us customize the page for the benefit of the user, for example to suggest the mobile version of a page when a mobile browser is detected.
We do not use cookies for visitors, nor do we use any third party tracking.
Information collected from enquiries and trial rota creators
Where an enquiry is submitted via a form, this information is stored and provides a correspondence trail to help us serve the enquirer in an efficient manner. We may make further notes that do not form part of the reply.
GDPR: Email addresses are added to our mailing list for occasional mail-outs of information about the site, only if the user positively expresses that wish.
Information we collect or store from registered rota users

- Information about staff on a rota is never used by us, and is only ever viewed in relation to a technical query. Possibilities exists for clients to make their rota anonymous, even to us.

- The rota clients (i.e. our customers) must act as the data controller of their rota and must ensure that they abide by GDPR (2018) regulations.
