Security Access: Level 0 and 1 staff who have the Unfilled option set in Set Security.

This page enables admin staff to review shifts taken by volunteers. Shifts can be reversed here.

Views

Click the relevant button for the 3 alternative views:

• Recently Taken - This shows the most recently taken shifts at the top (excluding past shifts.) Admins can reverse these.
• Future Shifts - This shows volunteered shifts which are in the future, nearest first. Admins can reverse these.
• Past Shifts - With the most recently past at the top.

Reversing a shift

If the administrator deems that this person shouldn't have the shift, the volunteer action can be reversed. The following events are triggered:

• The volunteered shift is changed to an open shift. You may wish to review this on the Unfilled page.
• The person's day is changed to their previous day type (i.e. available, rest day)
• An email is sent to the person with the comment as shown at the top. This comment is retained for future use until changed.
