Time To Shift

This page helps administrators create their shifts in Min By Shifts, and is an alternative method of creating Min By Shift data. It is used where there are multiple staff required to work the same job and location but at varied times.

Data Entry

First set the Job, Location and Day of Week dropdowns. If you have existing Min By Shift data you will see in the middle block how this compares to the Min By Time data. Notice how shortages are in red, overstaffs are in blue. Exacts are in grey/neutral and the Diff shows 0.

In the right block, modify the shifts to see how that affects the data you see in the middle block. In the above scenario we see that 1 more 7am-to 3pm should be added.
