Contact Details
- The user is able to update their contact details (email, home phone and address), a good way of ensuring that contact details are always current.
- When staff update Contact Details a system email is sent to their line manager showing the new details.
Login Password
- Users can change their password here.
- The program will warn the user if their password isn't strong enough or too closely resembles their name details.
- Often when setting up new staff or when resetting a password it will closely resemble their own name. Whilst this is permitted as a short-term measure, this page will display after every log in until
the password is improved, showing the red message above.
